Introduction to the 4Stepsâ„¢ Approach
Learn the basics to get started.
In this course, you will be briefly introduced to the fundamentals of our exclusive approach to well-being. You will learn all about mindfulness, compassion insight and optimistic re-framing. This is a guided program that you can do at your own pace. Once completed, you have enough information to start practicing.
This guided learning experience will take you approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Once completed, you can immediately start with one of our Mental Exercises and begin practicing some skills.
Alternatively, take the full 4Stepsâ„¢ Core Program. In it, we will walk you through the entire process and allow you to practice different skills each day. It is designed to gradually build your skill level over time and move you forward. Once completed, you will have a great starting point to exercise and practice as you see fit.
