Releasing Perfectionism Meditation
This mantra meditation is designed to help us release the negative judgments we have about ourselves. Many times we see ourselves as not good enough because we have an extremely high standard, we think we must live up to.
This meditation uses mantras that we repeat gently over and over again. The mantras used here are specifically geared to help us release the need to be perfect, release the need to know everything in order to be smart and increase trust in our abilities.

1. Breathe and be present with your breath.
2. Breathe and remind yourself, “I am good enough”.
3. Breathe and remind yourself “I trust myself and my abilities.”
