We have developed a signature and unique 4Steps™ approach to allow you to learn the necessary skills that allow you to become aware of who you are and aware of who you want to be and develop and implement a plan to get you there.  Feel free to start practicing with all the various exercises listed in the Mental Exercises section of this APP.

If you wish, you can also take the full 28-day 4Steps™ Core Program.  This will guide you through the full 4Steps™ approach coaching you through many exercises and practices.  Once you complete that program, you may want to take some additional 7-day programs that teach you how to APPLY these core skills in a variety of ways.  Here is a list of some of our Applying the 4Steps™ programs.
