Step 3:Â Insight
The third step in our 4Steps™ approach allows us to acquire the necessary skill of insight. What is insight? It is the skill of recognizing our active beliefs that are causing our feelings and emotions in greater detail.
Becoming more insightful is necessary because many of our beliefs are pre-conscious and we may not be consciously aware of them. Learning to uncover these beliefs while remaining compassionate to ourselves will then allows us to shift them to something more reasonable and balanced.
With practice, we can build this insight skill.
