Getting Great Sleep

Sleeping can be challenging for many of us.  Our mind keeps active, and we get caught up in the activity.  You CANNOT turn off your mind, so stop trying to do so.  You CAN shift its focus to something less active such as focusing on your breathing or focusing on relaxing your muscle tension.

As you do this, you will allow yourself to gently guide yourself to sleep.

In these Sleep Aid Meditations, we removed the ending gong so you can use it as a sleep aid, and it will not wake you up when it finishes.

These meditations are calm and often help you to fall asleep.  We took the final gong out of these meditations so you can drift off into the night with ease.

The following exercises also contain sleep-aid versions where we removed the final gong from the recordings.
