Writing/journaling exercises are an excellent way to not only gain a deeper understanding of your active beliefs, but it also allows you to re-frame them to something more reasonable. When you shift your beliefs, you shift how you feel, this will then translate into better decisions and actions.
Be patient and kind to yourself. Over time, you will see improvements.
You can use our AFFIRMATION exercises and write the affirming statements over and over again, or you can use some of the other exercises that were created especially for the practice of writing.
