Meditations: Gong with Music
About Gong Meditations
The following are simple gong-only Meditations. There is some soothing music in the background of these recordings. There is no voice guiding you through any of these. There is a gong at the start and at the end of these Meditations, and they allow you to practice whatever you want.
There are also some interval gong Meditations. There is a gong every 5 minutes in these Meditations, which allows the listener to change their object of focus while exercising. For example, one may start Meditating by reciting an affirming mantra, and when the 5-minute gong rings, the listener can recite a different mantra or change the intent of their exercise.
Practicing consistently is the key to mastering new skills.
