What are micro exercises?
Meditations are simply mental training practices and we conduct them in a dedicated way. When we start we typically choose a quiet room with few distractions. This is beneficial because our brain gets easily distracted and when we are beginning to become more aware of this distraction, it is challenging.
Eventually, we want to take all the skills that we practiced while quietly meditating and begin to bring them into our everyday lives. A great way to begin to do this is to use Micro Exercises. These are practices that take only 1 minute to do and we do them while taking three breaths.
The great thing about these Micro Exercises is that you can do them as often as you like throughout your day.
